“Biography - Name: Daniel Ale ### Place of birth: Szeged, Hungary ### Date of birth: 3rd Oct, 1979 ### Attended University of Pécs, PTE, Hungary (courses: law, history) 1998 - 2002 ### His artistic activity started in New York, 2002 // His seascapes were exhibited at: Bretano's Inc, Soho, NY, 2004; Celia Purcell Gallery, London, UK, 2006 ### CLICK on 'GALLERY' to see his ART! ### Current project: the Falklands War Commemoration series and other monochrome works on paper of the sailing and naval subject. ### He already took part in a sailing course for beginners in 1993, but his main method of approach to sailing is artistic. ### In his work the artist attempts to continue the traditions of the 19th century Romantic seascape painting while expressing his thoughts originating from the late 20th and early 21st century experiences in dramatic and peaceful scenes. ### Mottos of the month: 1.
