2008 LYRA Annual Regatta

In its 124th year, the Lake Yacht Race Association offers a week of outstanding racing:
Centennial Cup: From YYC to WYC on Monday July 28, 2008.
Founder's Cup, A Course: From Humber Bay to WYC, Wednesday July 30, 2008.
Founder's Cup, B Course: From Rochester to WYC, Wednesday July 30, 2008.
Freeman Cup Race: an overnight long distance race, approximately 65nm, Thursday July 31-Friday August 1, 2008 with the probable start at 8PM.
Course Racing: 2 days of windward-leewards with 5 courses planned using offset and gate marks. Saturday-Sunday August 2-3, 2008.

Evening Entertainment during the course racing will include bands like Meredith Cutting, 3 Sheets 2 the Wind and the Marion Drexler Band.
