  The player uses Windows Media so you will need to download and install the latest Flip4Mac plugin for Quicktime. It's free and can be found here:http://www.flip4mac.com/wmv_download.htm

  tried that still getting playlist format not recognized?

  Remember to restart the browser.
  Also, go to System Prefs > Flip4Mac. Select the 'movie' tab and check 'Play movies automatically' and 'Create streaming movies'.
