I am having trouble viewing the files. They start OK but then the video stops (the sound continues). This seems to happen at speeds of 400 or higher. I have an ADSL2 connection which reports data transfer speeds of bewteen 400k and 800K bytes per second, 10 to 20 times the required speed of the site. Do you have any idea as to what it might be?

    Thanks

400 connection speed in settings actually refers to 400K. So infact over 400K you will struggle because you are only achieving 800K on your broadband. Our bitrates are 400K, 800K, 1200K etc. So as the bitrate improves so does the quality but also the need for more speed on your broadband.

My broadband is ADSL2+ which is rated at 24MegaBits/Seconds, I get download rates of 400 - 800 KiloBytes (4000 - 8000 KiloBits) per second, this is 10 times what is required. Are there any download speed test that can be performed from your site so that I can test what speeds I am getting from there?
