Skippers are responsible for leading 10-12 students through all aspects of life aboard a sailboat. Our 3-week programs take place on 45-50 foot catamarans and monohulls.
Responsibilities: teach sailing, assist with scuba diving and hiking & water sports, facilitate positive group dynamics, and teach students to enjoy life together on the boat. Check out www.broadreachstaff.com for more details.
Compensation: Based on sailing experience, experience leading youth, and length of contract. Meals and housing will be provided during training and on program. Flights from a continental US airport to training, St. Martin, and back to the US are provided as well.
Dates: Staff training begins in late May. Courses begin in mid June and extend through early August. Contracts of various lengths are available. See www.gobroadreach.com for program details and dates.
