Dee Caffari wants your help! Dee is a patron of Sail 4 Cancer and has been so inspired by the work they do for families living with cancer that she has decided to run the Flora London Marathon to raise funds and awareness for the charity.

“Despite my love of sport and of being out in the fresh air, this challenge really has not been easy for me. I am not a natural born runner, –when I am sailing the furthest I ever have to run is the 20 metres from one end of the boat to the other! It is the fact that I am doing it for such a worthwhile cause which has really helped me to stay focussed.” quotes Dee.
