Basilica wins.. but Holmatro takes a glorious 2nd spot overall!

The last day of the iShares Cup was sunny, windy (with lots of gusts) and a great deal of spectators!! The show was on. In the morning the corporate sailing was in the outer harbour therefore the boats needed to be craned over the bridge, quite a spectacle to watch!

The races were exciting and the sailors were counting points to check their overall positition. Team Holmatro had some mixed races but got a crowd at every mark! Nice to race in your own city!!


As we had been counting points, we found out the races could be won be either Basilica (likely..), Holmatro or BT. And it changed every single time. Superb racing and a great result of this years season of iShares Cup. We hope to come back to Amsterdam!
