The International Melges 24 Class Association currently incorporates twelve National Melges 24 Class Associations representing owners in North America, Europe and Asia. Any country that establishes a fleet of Melges 24s is entitled to form a National Class Association to manage its affairs.
Each National Class Association is governed by its Constitution and is overseen by a management committee of elected owners. In larger countries, such as the USA, management of the class may be organised on a tiered system with District and Fleet committees supporting the overall National committee.
Each National Melges 24 Class Association is entitled to representation at the IMCA World Council.
