Loch Tummel Sailing Club

Loch Tummel Sailing club (LTSC) is friendly, family oriented sailing club offering dinghy and small keelboat sailing in beautiful surroundings from early April to late September. A full program of activities is organised including Sunday racing, family sailing days, training, coaching and open events.

The Club’s main event of the year is Tummel Week, where normally we host around 50 to 60 boats for a week long, 2 races a day event. A lively social and off water series of events is also well attended.

The club has within its members national racing coaches, senior instructors, ex-national champions, top performers at world championship level

Many classes are raced (and a variety of cruisers), the main fleets focus around RS 200/400, Toppers, Optimists, Flying Fifteens, Lasers and Yeomans

A typical Sundays race sees around 15-20 boats, with ages from 8 to 90+. In between races there is a very active cadet race series.
